• Application details: full name, WhatsApp number, target course, target score, prior JAMB attempts, preferred class time, and your one-sentence reason for joining.
• Contact details used for reminders and orientation: WhatsApp number and, where provided, email.
• Participation data once classes start: attendance, quiz completion, and quiz scores.
• Referral information, if you signed up via a creator's code.

• To review applications and admit the free scholarship cohort.
• To send class schedules, reminders, and orientation info.
• To run the WhatsApp cohort group used for confirmation and announcements.
• To track attendance and quiz results, so you can see your own progress and we can measure whether the academy format works.
• To credit referral codes correctly.

Many applicants are preparing for JAMB while still under 18. We collect only what's needed to run the academy (see above), avoid collecting sensitive personal data beyond that, and do not sell or use applicant data for advertising. If you're applying on behalf of a minor or have concerns about a minor's data, contact us using the details below.

Applicant and student data is visible to the founder/admin team running the academy, and to the service providers we use to operate it (database hosting, email delivery, and — once in use — file/media storage). We don't sell applicant or student data, and we don't share it with creators beyond confirming whether a referral converted.

Applicant and student data is kept for as long as needed to run the cohort and evaluate the program (including before/after score comparisons), and is deleted or anonymized on request where we're not required to keep it for legal or record-keeping reasons.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we need to keep for legal or legitimate record-keeping reasons (e.g. referral payout records). Reach out using the contact details below.
